Frequently Asked Questions
How does online rental work?
When booking online, you reserve your rental by selecting a date, delivery time, and dumpster size. Our automated system tracks our inventory of available rentals and will assign you a dumpster at the time of reservation. The reservation holds your place in line for the specific date/time you chose. We will drop-off the rental at the desired time you specified. Once the dumpster is full you can call or email us to request a pick-up. Our standard rental is for 72 hours (including weekends) and we will automatically schedule a pick-up for 72 hours after delivery, unless you've requested otherwise.
How much will I be charged and when?
The flat rate payment (based on dumpster size) is due at the time of reservation. After we've disposed of your waste, we will calculate the weight and any items that may incur additional fees, like large furniture and send a final invoice via email to be paid upon receipt.
When can I expect delivery or pick-up of my rental?
We have a standard 2 hour window for delivery and pick-up. For instance, if you reserve a 10:00am time slot, we will be there between 9:00am and 11:00am. We ask that you have the area where the dumpster is going, cleaned and ready to accept delivery prior to our arrival.
What happens to the trash you haul away?
We take your waste to one of the various transfer stations within our geographic area. From there we separate things as required and pay our transfer station fees. It's the same process your local waste hauler uses for your household trash.
What if I want a long term rental?
Give us a call and we will find a good solution for you. We work with contractors large and small to keep their job sites clean with a rotating dumpster rental for the duration of their project.

What do you require for space to place a dumpster?
Our dumpsters arrive on a truck and trailer. Our cans are approximately 16' in length and require an additional 60-70 feet of straight driveway or roadside to drop the can.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster?
Please call your local town or city office to find out their specific permitting requirements. It will vary by municipality and the location of the dumpster placement i.e. in your own driveway or on the side of a public street or alleyway.
